OUTDOOR SESSIONS

This is another option which I provide during the summer months to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. Again, taking the form of 1-1, 1-2 or small group sessions. Over the past few years I have invested and really built up a great deal of high quality equipment to cater for all outdoor. I have dumbbells ranging from 5 to 25kg, kettlebells from 4 to 20kg, resistance bands, slam balls, and lots of other cool little bits. Of course, you can easily get in a fantastic workout with just your own bodyweight but its nice to have the option to use equipment, increase difficulty and push the strength boundaries. A small group evening session out in the sun is always guaranteed to bring you sweat and laughter.
