At LB Fitness, we recreate the HYROX experience in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether you’re aiming to compete or just want to challenge yourself in a new way, our sessions will help you build confidence, strength, and endurance.

 

It may look scary online and over social media however, we are dedicated to making it accessible for all and allowing people to feel the amazing sense of achievement when pushing themselves out of their comfort zone.​

WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness challenge that combines running with functional workout stations. It’s the same format across the world, making it easy to train with purpose and track your progress.

The format is simple but challenging: you run 1km, then complete a functional workout—repeated eight times. Each station targets different muscle groups and energy systems, making HYROX a full-body test of fitness.

Burpee broad jumps
